Deborah Stewart, Esq. is an experienced Georgia estate planning and probate attorney who has been practicing law since 2010. As the founder of The Stewart Law Practice, she helps families protect their assets, plan for the future, and navigate probate with clarity and compassion.
Before becoming an attorney, Deborah built a successful career in banking and financial consulting — experience that gives her a strong foundation in helping clients make sound legal and financial decisions. Today, she focuses on creating customized estate plans and guiding families through wills, trusts, probate, and guardianship matters across North Fulton and Metro Atlanta.
A graduate of Old Dominion University and Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, Deborah is licensed to practice before all Georgia Superior Courts and the Georgia Supreme Court. When she’s not advising clients, she enjoys traveling, community engagement, and spending time with her family — the very inspiration behind her work helping others protect theirs.
